Figure out a way to share code between browser and node image packages

Currently there is a lot of duplicated code between the two packages providing implementations for images in the receipts. This is fine, but makes updating/maintaining difficult and error prone. Investigate a solution that will allow two packages to be exported where everything that can be shared is.
