Payout flow missing all fee information #181
Description
Problem
The payout flow shows no fee information at all before execution:
- ❌ Gas fee (missing)
- ❌ Platform fee (missing)
- ❌ Protocol fee (missing)
Users have no visibility into costs before executing a payout.
Proposed Solution
Add fee breakdown display to payout flow, matching the invoice payment UI.
Considerations
- Observed during 5 bps protocol fee testing (Test 5)
- Invoice payments show fees, payouts don't
- Affects both Direct Payout and Batch Payout flows
- Severity: High - no cost transparency
