Scary error messages when using unexpected hostnames

To reproduce, run docker-compose in ./test/ and use http://localhost/svn/

New Folder gives you:
Server error: The target URL 'http://localhost/svn/test/' can not be used to validate login. Returned HTTP status code '0'.

And from Add File:
Error in field "target", value "/": The path does not exist in the repository.

Svn is very picky about the client's hostname matching what apache thinks its hostname is. We could work around that in rweb, but you'll be blocked anyway in such mismatches at svn copy from any client, with the dreaded 502 Bad Gateway happening on protocol (http/https) or hostname mismatch.

... so edit your /etc/hosts for local testing, and validate your production setups using svn copy.

The error messages could be improved though.
