Improve README Title and Project Description for Better Clarity

The current README.md does not clearly explain what ExpenseFlow is, who it is for, or why someone should use or contribute to it.
The title and description are either too brief or lack enough context for new users and contributors.

This can make the project:

Hard to understand at first glance

Less appealing to potential contributors

Less professional compared to other open-source projects

Update the README Title and Project Description to:

Clearly describe the purpose of ExpenseFlow

Highlight its core functionality (expense tracking)

Indicate the target audience (learners, personal finance users)

Improve readability and first-impression quality
