UI Issue: Add Light Mode Toggle, Navbar, and Footer to Community Page #218

The Community page currently lacks essential layout components and theming support. While the dark mode UI looks clean, the page is missing consistency with the rest of the website and does not support light mode.
❌ Issues Identified
No Light Mode Toggle
The page is locked to dark mode only.
No option for users to switch between light and dark themes.
Inconsistent with other pages that support theme switching.
Missing Navbar
The Community page does not include the main site navbar.
Users cannot easily navigate to other sections of the website.
Breaks overall site navigation flow.
Missing Footer
Footer is not present on this page.
Important links, credits, and consistency with other pages are missing.
✅ Expected Behavior
Add a Light/Dark mode toggle (same behavior and styling as existing pages).
Include the global navbar at the top of the Community page.
Include the global footer at the bottom.
Ensure:
No layout breakage
Smooth theme transition animations
Consistent styling with the rest of the application
