[ENHANCEMENT] Fix Alignment Issues on Help Center Page

Description:

The Help Center page currently has alignment issues that affect readability and user experience. Elements such as headings, cards, text blocks, and buttons are not properly aligned, causing the layout to appear inconsistent on different screen sizes.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Help Center page on desktop or mobile.

Observe the misaligned text, buttons, and content sections.

Compare with other pages (like the homepage) where alignment is correct.

Expected Behavior:

Headings, text blocks, and buttons should be properly aligned with consistent spacing.

Layout should be responsive and look visually consistent across devices.

Actual Behavior:

Text and elements are misaligned.

Some sections appear off-center or have uneven spacing.
