## 📢 Important Announcement: Issue Assignment Policy

Hello Contributors 👋

We wanted to share a quick update about how issue assignments will work in this open-source event. We’ve noticed that some contributors are opening and getting assigned many issues at the same time, so we’re putting this rule in place to keep things fair for everyone.

🚨 Issue Assignment Rule

• Each contributor can be assigned only 2–3 issues at a time.
• New issues will be assigned only after the current ones are completed.
• If someone already has the maximum number of issues and other contributors request those issues, they will be assigned to the new contributors instead.

💡 Why Are We Doing This?

Open source is about doing meaningful work, not collecting as many issues as possible. When one person holds too many issues, others don’t get a chance to contribute. We want everyone to have equal opportunities to learn, participate, and grow.

Our focus is on good-quality and well-done contributions, not on the number of issues assigned.

We kindly request all contributors to follow this rule so we can keep a positive and collaborative environment.
