Tapers Section, Aadam Jacobs, and Full Text Search

Fun title.

More music is getting uploaded into tapers section. The big win here is getting TAB and other side projects fully maintained by the community. Artists like Trey may show up under Trey Anastasio or Trey Anastasio Band - for us, we should just combine all of them.

Secondly, the Aadam Jacobs collection is starting to get very full. There's still a backlog of 2k tapes to go through, but there's already thousands up. Since this is a collection of a wide variety of bands, we shouldn't add a new artist into relisten for every tape – rather it would be better to show the whole collection beneath "Aadam Jacobs" - and then show the artist on the "date" screen.

This brings us to the final point, which is that since artists may not be accessible from the main screen – we really could use full-text search in postgres to be able to search properly for all artists. If "The Cure" have one tape on relisten via Aadam Jacobs, they don't need their own list – but you should still be able to find them via search.
