Since I am a person with a disability (hearing loss) and mild Aspergers Syndrome, I was rejected for many junior/graduate roles despite having coding background experience because there was no-one who was able to identify good hiring techniques for me or workplace accomodation.

I am having multidimensional disability, (Hearing Loss), 3 Neurodivergence, and CPTSD, I got to work / exploit and learning yet again. Wishing everyone good luck in their journey. My current fear of DSA is being tested at the moment post which I may have to quit this industry for stability.
