Default Config Cannot Be Read in JAR Environment #17

Due to the current structure of reading config file (assumes working in this repository), this causes an issue with reading the default config in JAR environment. As failback logic kicks in to prompt user, it does not affect the operation in GUI mode.
I can work on a fix for this in the near future.
