MovementType 1 does not follow FPFC camera when playing a map #2

Unlike the base game, ReeCamera does not follow the FPFC camera when actively playing a map (not watching a replay). This is likely due to MovementType 1 following the position of the HMD in all gameplay scenes, which is stuck in the floor when playing a map, instead of the FPFC camera.
