Shout / Yell [communication]

Basic command to shout that is sent to neighboring rooms, and possibly a 'You hear a faint shout in the distance.' from rooms neighboring those.

I like this. I've seen shouts that cover the whole realm, and that always seemed strange to me. Restricting it to a handful of neighboring rooms would lend authenticity and help prevent annoying abuse.

I'm going to hold off on this one until we have a little bit of world. I expect that, as part of the day/night cycle and lighting and weather, rooms will be flagged as indoor or outdoor. At that point, I would make shouting only propogate between rooms of the same type - it wouldn't pass the indoor/outdoor boundary.

Maybe each exit from a room should have a flag to allow yells. A beaded door would readily allow yells to pass through while a secret passage would be utterly silent with the heavy stone door closed.
