Custom categories using the minecraft:mined player stat no longer work in 1.21.5+

Describe the bug
player_stat custom categories using the minecraft:mined stat no longer work in 1.21.5+.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download or create a custom category using the minecraft:mined player stat (Break Beehive for example)
2. Select the category, go in a world and break the block in question
3. The timer does not stop

Versions info :

• MC Version: 1.21.5 to latest (1.21.8 at the time of writing)
• SpeedRunIGT Version: 14.2
• Fabric Loader Version: 0.17.2

minecraft:mined is the only stat category that isn't working in 1.21.5+, all other categories (broken, picked_up, etc) are working as intended.
