Create ReswarmOS version for arm64

raspberry pi os is now also 64bit since a year.

They argue that compatibility is better with most software nowadays. Raspberry Pis support 64bit since 2016.

This issue came up when trying to use the roboflow inference engine image for raspberry pi as described here: https://docs.roboflow.com/inference/raspberry-pi

They do only deliver arm64 version of their image for the pi.
