Foundry recipes for Ender IO alloys are incorrect #728

Issue description
Ender IO changed recipes for some of their alloys recently, which makes the foundry recipes out-of-date. List of recipes to double-check:
- Copper alloy (removed from Ender IO)
- Conductive alloy (does not have a recipe in the foundry)
- Energetic alloy (recipe changed)
- Pulsating alloy (now makes 2)
- Redstone alloy (recipe changed)
- Vibrant alloy (recipe changed)
