Invalid tabs after editing case on a folder on the server: is it possible to autocorrect?

I noticed on a test account when I renamed a folder from "addons" to "Addons" a bunch of tabs became invalid on another profile. This begs the question: should (and can) QuickFolders recover tabs when the case of a folder name changes?

this is obviously caused by the folder URI being case sensitive... can we autocorrect this?
