Dragged Emails Appear Behind Drop Down Email Folders #628

It's as simple as stated. When I drag an email into the folder bar and then move it down to a sub-folder, the email I'm dragging is behind the QuickFolders drop down. The folder still gets highlighted and maybe I'm not remembering how it was before, but I'm pretty sure the email was on top of the drop down. See image.
