Unable to register on website #13

Heya! Unsure where to submit this otherwise
Trying to make a new layout, which requires registration, but the registration on the website does not seem to be functioning. Previously there was an SMTP error that appears, but spamming the register button seems to have resulted in an account being created but one that will never be able to be verified, locking me out.
Any suggestions?
