Exercise 21 "Before" seems wrong

I couldn't get Exercise 21 to pass the tests (which referenced IDs that weren't even in the given code), and the setup seemed odd, so I showed the answer, and the entire code changed from the nested videos array, to 2 arrays, one of videos and one of Bookmark IDs, so it seems like the start code is wrong.
