MacOS rate4site will not compile

Four files were updated to get it to compile.

• errorMsg.cpp
• someUtil.cpp
• rate4siteOptions.cpp
• Makefile

A new .zip file is in my fork in the dependencies directory

To prevent conflicts with all the python version on my Mac, it installed better within a conda environment

conda create -n construct python
conda activate construct
... install as usual
