How to install - is composer required?

Are there any instructions to install this?

It seems like the stripe plugin requires composer but there are no instructions on how this is actually setup with Razor.

I'm having install issues & it is unclear if it is because Stripe is not built?

The installer throws this…
file_get_contents(composer.json): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Then on every page load I just get…
An exception occurred while executing 'select orderID from RazorOrders where customerID = ? and status = 'cart'' with params ["1"]: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'database.razororders' doesn't exist
