Don't reply when source and target are identical

If source and translation are identical, there is no value in us responding.

We should differentiate if they're identical because the source language couldn't be determined, for example - in that case, some response might be valuable.

**edit:** I'm not sure this still makes sense - some feedback for the user would be nice in any case.
