Proposal: Automatically build and deploy Docker image to a registry

In order to lower the bar for new users, I propose to build and deploy a Docker image to an official registry (such as Docker Hub).

Great idea, now that the Docker build is working, I see no reason not to! Do you have experience with publishing to Docker Hub?

I tried it out once, but I haven't maintained anything yet. Can't imagine it's any different from other registries though.

Incidentally, #9 also requires a downloadable image. So maybe you can just register a new account and push it manually for now?

Turns out I already had a Docker Hub account from several years ago 😄 I think you're right, I'll build and push manually on release for now I think. Would be sweet though if that happened through GitHub actions, but that's a separate story in my book.

There's now an "official" image on Docker Hub called rauchf/babelbot, currently got the tags latest and 0.0.1 (both the same image)
