Windows dosen't open the .exe file

I just finished installing and extracting everything but windows won't open the file because "it contains a virus or software possibly undesired"

It's not a problem from Window's firewall, since i tried deactivating it and it still didn't work.

I'm having the same issue with Malwarebytes deleting it as it considers it malware. (Malware.AI.4264337082)
