Thanks for the question.
Just to clarify, this script is for the older Pi OS Bullseye (11), and older, which used dhcpcd for the networking setup. The new PiOS uses Network Manager.

I have the compatible version for PiOS Bookworm 12 Trixie 13 on my website that works in a similar way. It will be coming to Github once I complete the current upgrade hopefully for the end of the year. This will add new features to the script.

PiOS 13 Trixie has only been used on my development unreleased version so the article does not state it works on Trixie, but I have not found any issues yet!
