Markers with popups and bearing

When a map has markers with popups for each and the bearing is set to 30 like bearing: 30. Say the user clicks on any of the markers in the edge of the map, the popup instead of opening makes the map to move quite a bit to the right or zoom quite a bit occasionally. This could not be reproduced on the examples/leaflet-rotate.html assuming it does not have event listeners. When the map has event listeners like move, zoomend, dragend, locationfound and locationerror, this issue seems prelavant.

I think it has already been addressed in the past, it could be a good starting point for start writing some tests for it. 😉
