Need info on "Junk" mechanic

Never found any lists, any info at all WHAT exactly is "considered junk by Epic Loot standarts"

So can anyone provide any info about it? I'll start with list of what i know to be "junk" :
-Graydwarf eye (10 to make 1 greydwarf trophy)
-Bone Fragments (10 to make 1 skeleton trophy)
-Freeze Gland (3 to make 1 Drake trophy)
-Bloodbag (20 (like wtf dude) to make 1 Leech trophy)
-Surtling Core (2 to make 1 Surtling trophy)
-Crystals (100 to make 1 Stone golem trophy)
-Troll leather (10 to make 1 Troll trophy)

That's all i found so far, maybe forgot some, but prolly not.
