您可以选择不使用本产品, 若您一旦使用本产品, 默认为您对本协议全部内容的认可和接受.

免责声明

1. 本产品并不具备"接入互联网, 网络数据存储, 通讯传输, 窃取用户隐私"中任何一项与用户数据等信息相关的功能.
2. 您承诺以合法, 合理的原则使用本产品, 不利用本产品进行任何违法, 侵害他人合法利益等恶意的行为, 亦不将本产品运用于任何违反我国法律法规的操作上.
3. 任何单位或个人因下载使用本产品而产生的任何意外, 疏忽, 毁约, 诽谤, 知识产权侵犯及其造成的损失(包括但不限于直接, 间接, 附带或衍生的损失等), 我们不承担任何法律责任.
4. 用户明确并同意本条款列举的全部内容, 对使用本产品可能存在的风险和相关后果将完全由用户自行承担, 我们不承担任何法律责任.
5. 任何单位或个人在阅读本条款后, 应在法律所允许的范围内进行合法的发布, 传播和使用本产品等行为, 若违反本条款或违反法律法规所造成的法律责任(包括但不限于民事赔偿和刑事责任), 由违约者自行承担.

CMI User Terms 2.0

Definitions:

  • We Refers to the development team of "CMI".

  • This Product Refers to the modpack developed by us.

  • These Terms Refers to the document you are currently reading.

  • User Refers to the individual using this product or reading these terms.

  • Violator Refers to any user who violates these terms.

  • Open Source The source code must be publicly visible and allow redistribution and modification.

Before using this product developed by us, please read and fully understand this statement carefully.

You may choose not to use this product. However, once you use it, you are deemed to have fully acknowledged and accepted all contents of this agreement.

1. Disclaimer

1. This product does not possess any functions related to internet access, online data storage, communication transmission, or the collection of user privacy.
2. You agree to use this product legally and reasonably, and not for any illegal, malicious, or harmful purposes, nor to perform any operations that violate the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
3. We are not legally liable for any accidents, negligence, breaches of contract, defamation, intellectual property infringement, or any resulting losses (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses) caused by individuals or organizations downloading or using this product.
4. You explicitly agree to all contents listed in these terms, and acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for any risks and consequences associated with using this product. We bear no legal responsibility.
5. Any individual or organization should use this product lawfully within the scope permitted by law. If any violation of these terms or laws results in legal liability (including but not limited to civil compensation or criminal responsibility), the violator shall bear full responsibility.
6. No individual or organization may apply for intellectual property rights related to this product without our authorization.
7. If any part of this statement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted in a way that reflects our original intention, and the remaining parts shall remain fully effective. The unenforceability of any part does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that part.
8. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these terms and any attachments at any time. Updates will be published via push notifications or website announcements and will take effect immediately upon publication without further notice. Continued use of this product after such changes indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted the modified terms.

2. General Terms

2.1 Personal License Terms

1. We rarely grant personal licenses, as doing so implies endorsement. Requests for personal licenses are unlikely to be approved, and you are expected to continue following these terms.
2. If granted a personal license, unless otherwise specified, you may ignore the restrictive general clauses. Please review the above terms.
3. If granted a personal license, unless otherwise specified, the license applies to related products such as this product’s official website, resource files, etc.

2.2 Distribution

1. You must credit us for the original product. If you make any modifications, you must provide a link back to the original release page.
2. You may not charge any fees for distributing this product.
3. You may not charge for access to this product, including but not limited to placing online ads, restricting download speed or quantity.

2.3 Presentation

1. You are welcome to create and publish videos about this product. However, you may not claim to be the developer. If you do not wish to make such content, you are not required to.

2.4 If You Want to Use Code or Resources from This Product

1. You must credit us for the original product. If you make any modifications, you must provide a link back to the original release page.
2. Unless specifically permitted, your project must be open source.
