Formatting issues

I have noticed that the code base strays away from code quality standards (way too long methods, lines that dont wrap, trailing spaces etc). My take is that the project could benefit by complying to universal standards while also making it easier to maintain. To fix this, i plan on adding some static analysis support to java composer that aims at improving all of the above, as well as adding some extra features to the build.
