Since the first paper, David Bailey has continued to investigate PSLQ. A thorough investigation of his PSLQ-related publications can lead to a better implementation of the algorithm than what we currently have.
For this issue, the definition of done is more amorphous than usual, but as the above summary suggests, what we want is to:
- find more publications on PSLQ by Bailey, and
- extract meaningful, practical upgrades from these papers to the current implementation of PSLQ.
Other authors will be appreciated, but they will be outside the scope of this issue being resolved.
