Issue in layout editor when trying to cut-paste bootstrap element to a different container

When editing layout in editor a user cannot move the following elements using cut -paste in order to move to a different layout colum .

• Tabs
• Accordion
• Jumbotron

the panel and panel-content item elements work as expected.

Sorry for the delay, I have been busy the past week. I am still working on this. It seems that throughout Orchard some container level elements support copy-paste and some do not. I'm still trying to determine what the issue is and how to fix.
