AdIDoS Element Count: Default settings not working with Axis2 web services

According to the default settings of the AdIDoS plugin the attack starts with 12500 elements.
When attacking a web service based on the Axis2 framework, the attack fails and the log shows the following error message:

WARN [ThresholdState] Further investigation is not possible! 30 requests has not been send successfully. Abort execution.

Setting the starting value manually to 5000 elements solves this issue and results in a successful attack.

This issue can be reproduced by executing an Element Count attack against one of the Axis2 sample web services "Axis2-1", "Axis2-Enc", "Axis2-Sign" or "Axis2-EncSign" using the default settings.
