Remote reset of failed boards. #32
Description
If a user has the rights to access a board, they should also have the right to remotely reset it. This requires some kind of remote controllable power cycling which can then be triggered from the same interface in #31, or perhaps simply boards marked as potentially failing could be scheduled for reset automatically when they are otherwise not in use.
