File Handling

I need a system to manage the media files. Functionality should include, upload and download files, a check out system so assets can be checked out for editing or repair and returned to the collection, A way to keep the files organized and not duplicated in multiple genres. Since AI generated images are kept in the collection there will need to be a way to sort them into their appropriate genre.
