Add primary configuration_name to the JTS #493

Description

From Katie:

"Something I'm running into is the fact that the joined timeseries does not include the primary configuration_name - only the secondary. I have multiple different primary datasets (e.g. ana standard and ana extended for precip). I have no way of distinguishing between those in the joined table. Even without that issue, it'd be very helpful for other use cases as well to persist the primary config name in the joined table for information/confirmation of what an evaluation is comparing. I know this messes with the data model, but something to consider for usability (include 'primary_configuration_name' and 'secondary_configuration_name' like we do for location_id)."
