Platform IPM messes up non-nested runs, timings incorrect

Temporary workaround is hard-coded env check to force Nested support on Platform IPM.

Platform somehow adds an extra region around entire execution, with outer region total time = 0, call time = -(total call time). Completely messes up statistics, at least in banner output.
