Requested Feature
Basically, have the ability to have stamps be pasted onto different layers.
the idea is simple:
when creating a stamp, it will default to the layer you are currently on, but you can edit the stamp properties to go to a different layer.
it will also remember this layer set when you go to a different one, allowing the user to stamp tiles from a "sketch" or other layer into the main ones or others in their stage.
