[Bug] fisheye warped shape buttons when scale modified, both dpads scales not consistent with preset #336

Describe the bug

When editing the layout of the shape dpad it appears to be warped. It also affects outside of the Edit Overlay screen (ingame). the buttons overlap, side buttons (square and circle) are sretched vertically or compressed horizontally, and the top and bottom buttons (triangle and cross) are stretched horizontally or compressed vertically,

Steps to reproduce the behavior

    1. Open hamburger menu at top left
    1. Click on "Edit Overlay"
    1. Select the Shapes Dpad
    1. Change the scale in the control panel to anything, including 50%
    1. See that Shapes Dpad ooks like the screenshots given
    1. Exit "Edit Overlay" Activity and play a game to see that it still takes effect

(unless you all did testing and wanted it that way) (or unless you all did testing and didn't see it)

for purposes of my screenshot and my findings,

One UI 6.1, Build No. UP1A.231005.007.S928USQS4AYA1 on Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-928U)
(Settings > Display > Screen Zoom) at minimum, corresponding to (Settings > Developer Options > Drawing section > Minimum Width) of 411dp

Additional context

Resetting (clicking the button with an icon of a dot with a restart circle around it reverts it to the preset scale, (as well as what I assume to be the intended unwarped d pad look)

It appears that, also, the preset 50% scale is smaller than the modified 50% scale for who knows why. somewhere between the modified 41% and 42% scales seem to mimic the preset "50%" scale. I'm including this note in case it has anything to do with the warp, since, like the warp, it occurs when the scale is modified

on further looking, It doesnt look like the warping affects the Directional Dpad (from comparing the
modified 41% and 42% scales and the preset 50%), but from that last parenthesis, you guessed it, the sizing issue does however affect the Directional Dpad.
