DeviceKML: eigvalsh requires all eigenvectors to be computed at KML v24.0.0 #54
Description
Due to ZHEEVD function may give erroneous eigenvalues when JOBZ = 'N' (do not compute eigenvectors), so we will inplement DeviceKML in the fashion to use JOBZ = 'V' for eigenvalues (force to compute eigenvectors), to make the result correct but not that efficient.
This problem occurs on KML v24.0.0, and may be resolved in future versions of KML.
