Covidkop db is created, and the plater on automat is presenting this new build.
As for covidkop.renci.org, this new dataset seem to not work well with old UI on covidkop.renci.org.
Some issues i have encountered so far : -

• type look up on the search , since types are now "biolink:xxx" and UI is still not updated with that
• predicates look up when trying when linking two nodes fails with a cypher error trying to execute something like
  "MATCH (: {id: "MONDO:0004979"})-[e]->(:named_thing)"
