Running pDSSAT in sequence mode (i.e. without reinitialized soil conditions)

Hello,

Has anyone successfully run pDSSAT in sequence mode? It appears I need to change the executable from "/path/to/exe/DSCSM046.EXE A X1234567.SNX " to "/path/to/exe//DSCSM046.EXE Q X1234567.SQX", but I have so far been unable to create an appropriate SQX file.

I'd like to prevent soil conditions from being reinitialized each season and this seems like be the best way to do it.
