Order status not changed

Hello
I have next settings at extension:
New order status (After the payment is made) = New
New order status (Before the payment is made) = Pending

The problem, that for some reason orders which were paid have status Pending, please suggest how to solve it

Hi @advanceduzer could you check the audit log for the payment in the QuickPay administration? Usually what you'r describing is caused by QuickPay being unable to deliver the callback, this would be the case if the site is inaccesible from the outside world as is usually the case with a local testing enviornment.

Hello! The issue is reproducible on our server. We are using the last release (3.3.5)
Some of the orders remain in the "Pending" status, but we don't see errors in the server logs,

[10/May/2017:16:59:41 +0200] "POST /quickpaypayment/payment/callback/ HTTP/1.1" 200 2 "-" "QuickPay Callback Service (http://tech.quickpay.net/api/callback/)"
(Magento has received the callback request from quickpay server, status is ok, no errors, but the status did not changed. On QuickPay admin the operation status is "Approved":

The cause of that issue is the following: The action /quickpaypayment/payment/success/ loads the order data at the beginning of request processing and saves it after email was sent:

During that time the processing of the request /quickpaypayment/payment/callback/ is processing, which changes the order status.
But the order, which was loaded in successAction has the outdated status (unchanged), which could be saved after the callback request is processed. Please review the order saving in the function Quickpay_Payment_PaymentController::sendEmail

We've solved this problem by switching off the emails sending in /quickpaypayment/payment/success/ and continue using the default Magento emails saving procedure.
. Probably you can disable it by default to avoid this problem before the saving fix is ready.
