Hi,

On

I see R8 has a 1K resistor, but on the parts list and schema.jpg it is not mentioned.

It also has a different font and is hardly readable due to placement.

Is this are issue, or should I not place this 1K on R8?

Hello!

Thanks for your interest! R8 is required, nominal 1kOm.
Without the jumper, it provides a default pull-up for the Prog signal, otherwise the circuit would stay in programming mode by default.
