Upgrade transformers dependency to >5 #4

Hi,
I was just trying to run NLLW inside WhisperLiveKit. I was getting an error with the AutoTokenizer when I was installing all the latest requirements with pip install -e ..
Downgrading transformers to verison <5 helped as a workaround for me.
Could you make sure that transformers>5 will be supported in the future?
