General Quality of life problems

Starbound Gateway is missing an en_us Localization value
Starbound Gateway should have a significantly higher time to break considering it can only be harvested with a pickaxe
Stars Guide should not added to registry if incomplete (probably suggested before, but perhaps use patchouli + invisible achievements?)
