macs2 incompatible with apec

Hi,
I tried to install APEC in a conda environment with python=3.6.8 as you suggested, but I was told that macs2 2.2.6 has requirement numpy>=1.17, but you'll have numpy 1.16.2 which is incompatible. however, apec requires numpy 1.16.2.
Is there any suggestion?
