Splash Screen: (Coding: easy, Graphics: easy)
Add a splash page State that is the first thing the game shows. Should display things like Python logo; Pygame Powered logo; “Presented by the Python-Forum.org community”; etc. (Possibly fading in). It should time out after about 5 or so seconds (or if a pertinent key is clicked in the meantime) and should change state to the “TITLE” phase. If resource loading later becomes too intensive, this State would also be re-purposed with a loading bar.

ok used title as template for splash. Current problem is: it is holding for xr number seconds, but it also needs keyboard/mouse input in addition to proceed to next state, which is unwanted.
