'Enable at Startup' doesn't work.

A Windows 11 PC with Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) seems to be experiencing the error.
When I try to install the provided VCRedist 2015-2019, it fails to install because the newer version, 2015-2022, is already installed. However, this is my guess and there could be other causes.

That shouldn't matter, because I have the same Redist and mine works fine I think. It might not be the Redistributable, and something on your computer/something you did (I'm not blaming)

It's 100% not the Redistributable. Enable at startup has been acting funky for a while. I'll see if I can do more debugging when I cycle back around to working on MV++

Windovs 11.
I have the same problem.
I try install for user and try per machine.
Install ask to load redistributable, but i have "the same or newest".
TaskManager shows MV++ in autostart (enabled), but MV++ not run.
When i run it by shortcut - the Windows ask me "allow/disallow" with the dark screen.
Maybe this matter. MV++ wants to run wis some privilegies.

MV++ is really cool, but autorun (minimized better) is very necessary feature!
