[FEATURE] Disable Hue lights

I have Hue connected to Hive app and Hue integration setup in Home Assistant. As a result, the same lights in HA are imported twice

Not really sure what what the best approach would be. Maybe an option to disable creation of devices where manufacturer is 'Signify Netherlands B.V.'
