We have been using Zappier to automate sending tweets to Linkedin and Slack, without a PAID version we have lost access to this so we should think of an alternative. The meetup Zapier is also broken so this might be a chance to also make that work!

Discussion so far:

• heard about Blue Skies, which is starting and need an invite but looks pretty neat
• in other communities, is that one person is in charge of do the initial post, and then we ping a certain group of people so each knows that the content needs to be copied into other networks.
• For scikit-learn we've been using one of these paid services to manage our social media, and people have been quite happy with it. Might be worth asking NumFocus if you can use their account? (that's how we got it) We think this is hootsuit.
• we need to bear in mind is adding new tools or adding it to new channels might require additional permissions
